U-PVC synthetic frames have been produced in Germany since the 1950's. U-PVC is a thermoplastic material that is produced in the form a powder and conforms fully to specifications stipulated by PIN 7748.

 
The GERMAN U-PVC used by SAFETY AND COMFORT SOLUTIONS LTD is characterised by its high degree of durability, which is equally effective in high- and low-temperature environments. U-PVC's durability is owed to the thermoplastic materials it contains, whose behaviour is independent of fluctuations in temperature.

Unlike regular PVC, the German U-PVC used by SAFETY AND COMFORT SOLUTIONS LTD is designed to accommodate greater thermal expansion at high temperatures, giving it a higher break point and increasing its resistance to stress and burning. The burning point of the material is +80°C. The profile used by of SAFETY AND COMFORT SOLUTIONS LTD is reinforced internally with thermogalvanised steel for the stationary armature of its production (reinforcement of the frames' stability).
